Do I need a prescription?
Customers in the USA only need a prescription for a small number of goods. These are almost all in the monthly heartworm section, such as Heartgard, Interceptor, Sentinel and the like. They are clearly marked as requiring a prescription. Please scan and email your prescription to our help address found under the Contact Us tab, or fax it toll free to 1866 364 3104. Note, your order will not be dispatched until we receive a valid prescription. If you do not intend to supply one, let us know so we can cancel the order and refund you.

What currency am I shopping in?
This is the US and Canadian Dollar Site. All prices are listed in both currencies, the Canadian Dollar price is the one in brackets. As you check out you will be asked which of the two you wish to use for your purchase.

What are the freight charges?
You can see your freight charges by adding items to the cart. Click "View Cart" and underneath you will see a link called "Shipping Calculator". As a guide, almost all orders to the USA will cost $7.20 unless they contain heavy items such as shampoos. You will always see your freight charges well before any payment is required during the checkout process.

How long does delivery take?
Orders usually ship within 3 days of being placed. Remember, if you are purchasing products requiring a prescripion (Heartgard, Revolution, Interceptor Spectrum, Sentinel Spectrum, Proheart) we cannot ship until we have the prescription. Orders then usually take 7-10 days to arrive, so you should allow two weeks from the time you place your order until you will receive it.

Can I have more than one billing address?
No. You cannot have more than one billing address. But you can change your billing address by editing it.

Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want.

To add a shipping address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Add New Shipping Address button to add a new shipping address.

No. You cannot delete any address but you could change it by editing it.

How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of an order, log in first using the link above, then click on the Order Status link. If you know your order number and the type of transaction (orders, quotations or return orders), enter it and click on the Submit button. To view multiple orders, enter the purchase order number if provided by you or select the display type from the drop-down list and specify the desired period. All the orders you have placed with us (both through the web and through other means) are listed. Click on the order number whose status you want to check. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service executive either by mail or through telephone and they will give you further information.

If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and simply type in your Login Name
