How do we pay by cheque or direct depsoit?

How does the loyalty points system work?
Firstly, if you click on the "storefront" tab on the main page, you will see a list of categories. Against every category a loyalty points calculation symbol shows how many you accumulate. For instance, if the symbol says 1:1, you receive one point for every Australian Dollar you spend on products in that category. Loyalty points accumulate automatically, but are not updated until we process and dispatch your order, so you need to wait a short time after placing an order before the web site will show an amended total. They are displayed for you in two places. Once you log in, you can see them as part of your "Account Info", and they are also displayed in the top right corner of the screen.You must accumulate a minimum balance of 100 points before you can begin to redeem them, but once you reach this you can redeem as often as you wish. For each point you will receive a 5 cent discount, so 100 points will give you $5.00 off the purchase price. You redeem your points as you check out, using the box provided below the shopping cart. For more information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Gift Card Information?
Gift Cards can be purchased by phone or online, and redeemd by phone, online or in person at our retail store.The conditions are as follows:
1.Cards can only be redeemd at Vet Products Direct
2.Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, only goods.
3.Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
4.Cards will expire 1 year after purchase and must be redeemed within the twelve month period.

Freight Charges?
When you view your cart you will see a freight estimator link on the page. At any time you can follow this link to see freight charges on your order. At checkout, there will be a drop down list of freight charges that apply to your order. IT IS UP TO YOU, THE SHOPPER, TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT OPTION BASED ON THE GOODS YOU HAVE SELECTED. Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter this freight charge to the correct one if you choose incorrectly. If you choose any vaccine, a refrigeration charge is added to the order. There will always be a correct freight figure available in the drop down box, please look at the options and choose correctly. The weight of an order is always displayed at the bottom of the shopping cart.

What is a default shipping address?
You may have specified more than one shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order.

What is a default credit card?
You may have specified more than one credit card in your account information. The default credit card is the card that will be charged with the value of your order unless you select another credit card to be charged for this order.

Can I have more than one billing address?
No. You cannot have more than one billing address. But you can change your billing address by editing it.

Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want.

How can I add a shipping address to my address list?
To add a shipping address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Add New Shipping Address button to add a new shipping address.

Can I delete an address from my address list?
No. You cannot delete any address but you could change it by editing it.

How do I make changes to an address in my list?
To edit an address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Edit button below the address that has to be changed.

How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of an order, log in first using the link above, then click on the Order Status link. If you know your order number and the type of transaction (orders, quotations or return orders), enter it and click on the Submit button. To view multiple orders, enter the purchase order number if provided by you or select the display type from the drop-down list and specify the desired period. All the orders you have placed with us (both through the web and through other means) are listed. Click on the order number whose status you want to check. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service executive either by mail or through telephone and they will give you further information.

What are the benefits of registration?
As a registered customer,you receive our FREE full colour catalogue if you live in Australia, and you become entitled to special discount schemes and promotional pricing offers. These schemes would become available to you not only on orders you place at our web store but also to orders through other channels.

I already have an account with you. Do I need to register myself again on your web store?
No. If you already have an account with us, contact our Customer Service; they will give you your login name and password. You can login and then change your password.

Can I place an order without registering my account?
Before you place an order with us, you must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.

How can I place an order without using my credit card?
There are other payment options available at the Online Shop using which you can place an order. Select the option most suitable to you in the "Payment Method" area while creating an order. For example if you wish to pay by Check, select this option to create the order. You may send your check to our address by quoting your order number. If you need any further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department.

What should I do if I forget my password?
If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and simply type in your Login Name or your default E-mail address under "I am a registered user but forgot my password" and click on submit. We will send your password to your default E-mail address.
