"I've used Vet Products Direct several times now and have had nothing
but great service. Overall, they are cheaper than other online vet
suppliers I've found. I was very impressed one time when there was a
delay in the delivery of one product. I was phoned by the company
(rather than emailed) within a couple of days of my order to inform
me of the delay. The delay was only short but it was great to be
aware of the problem so I wasn't worried about a missing parcel.
