Loyalty Terms

Shoppers will earn points on all purchases they make other than purchases of products or services for which the shopper is already entitled to receive a discount. Points will be applied at the rate displayed under the relevant product category heading. Points can only be accrued at the time of purchase.
1 Point is worth 5 Australian cents. Shoppers will be eligible to redeem their Points to pay for the whole or part of any product when that Shopper has an accumulated minimum balance of 100 Points..
Subject to anything else contained herein all Points will have a life of 12 months. Vet Products Direct may cancel or bring forward the expiry date of any Points at any time in its absolute discretion without reason or notice.
Points are not transferable and can only be redeemed by the person to whom the Points have been issued.
To the extent permitted by law, Vet Products Direct will not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays or disruptions in the operation of the Loyalty Program and will not be liable for any loss caused by any such errors, omissions, delays or disruptions.
Vet Products Direct will not allow redemption of any Points that have been credited to a Shopper in error or which relate to a purchase by a Shopper that is subsequently cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given. Any Points that have been credited to a Shopper in error may be deducted from subsequent Points standing to the credit of that Shopper. This decision is at the discretion of Vet Products Direct. No discussion will be entered into.
Shoppers can be advised about all Points they have earned by contacting Vet Products Direct, or logging in on our website.
Vet Products Direct may replace or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion without having to provide any reason. Vet Products Direct will use its best endeavours to notify Shoppers of any replacement or amendment but will not be liable if it does not.
Vet Products Direct may suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without reason or notice and on terms and conditions as Vet Products Direct in its sole discretion determines. Vet Products Direct will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from any suspension or termination.
The Vet Products Direct Loyalty Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
