WHAT IS CAL-PLUS® WITH BIOTIN?

CAL-PLUS WITH BIOTIN is a calcium, biotin and vitamin supplement developed to support healthy, strong bones and hooves in horses. Specifically, it:

• Promotes the growth and formation of the hoof as well as preserving the integrity of the hoof wall
• Also acts as a preventative and remedy for brittle, cracked and broken hooves

CAL-PLUS IS RECOMMENDED FOR

• Horses that require supplementation as they are on grain-based diets or fed on sub-tropical grasses and hays.
• Pregnant mares, foals and young horses.
• Horses with hoof problems, such as brittleness, cracks, and separation of the white-line.
• Horses of all kinds, including racing, working, pleasure and stud horses to prevent and treat deficiencies of biotin, calcium, vitamin A and D.

DOSAGE & DIRECTIONS FOR USE

CAL-PLUS WITH BIOTIN should be mixed into the horse's feed. Mix the recommended dosage well with the horses food. One level scoopful contains 30 g of CAL-PLUS WITH BIOTIN. The following recommended dose rates have been calculated to satisfy the calcium requirements based on common diets and activity levels:

Horses that perform fast or hard work, or those on high grain/ or bran diets should receive the higher recommended dosage. Horses that sweat heavily should also receive the higher recommended dosage.

STORAGE
Store below 25 C in a dry place in air-conditioning if necessary. Reseal container after use.
