The PAW Hepatoadvanced Formula promotes liver detoxification in cats and small dogs. This antioxidant supplement helps manage liver biomarkers that are compromised. To determine your pet's needs, a veterinarian's opinion is recommended before and during the use of this product.
The Key Benefits of PAW Hepatoadvanced Medium and Large Dog 30 Tablets
It contains a stable form of S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe), which is essential for transmethylation, transsulfuration, and aminopropylation pathways. Reduces cholestasis and regulates apoptosis by modulating cytokine expression
With silybin in a phospholipid complex, this product is more bioavailable than standard milk thistle, increases biliary flow, inhibits leukotriene production, modifies membrane function (inhibits toxin binding), and restores antioxidant enzyme expression and activity.
Provides cell proliferation, gene expression, and regulation of cell signalling pathways mediated by reactive oxygen intermediates thanks to vitamin E
Why Choose PAW Hepatoadvanced Medium and Large Dog 30 Tablets?
If your pet is currently taking behavioural medication, please consult your vet before using Hepatoadvanced.

How to Use PAW Hepatoadvanced Medium and Large Dog 30 Tablets
Typical Analysis
Recommended Daily Dose
Weight Range | Dosage per day |
0 – 4.9 kg | ½ tablet |
5 – 9.9 kg | 1 tablet |
10 – 14.9 kg | 1½ tablet |
Note:
The Side Effects of the Active Ingredients
SAMe
There is a wide margin of safety for SAMe
Mild gastrointestinal signs, nausea and food refusal are the most common side effects or overdose effects.
It has been suggested that concomitant use of SAMe with tramadol, meperidine, dextromethorphan, pentazocine, MAOIs (selegiline), SSRIs (fluoxetine), as well as other antidepressants (amitriptyline, clomipramine) may have additive effects on serotonin levels.
When used simultaneously, proceed with caution
Silymarin
Generally, silymarin does not cause side effects but considers drug interactions in polymedical patients, such as antiviral drugs, anti-CYP3A4 inhibitors and drugs cleared by hepatic glucuronidation.
Vitamin E
When administered at high doses, vitamin E may prevent the absorption of other fat-soluble vitamins, but no toxic effects have been reported.
In order to prevent overdosing, the recommended total daily dose per dog should not exceed 400IU
Patients with liver disease and vitamin K deficiency are not recommended to take vitamin E
