Vaccines
While most people choose to get their pets vaccinated at the Vet, and this is something we encourage and support, there are certain vaccines that are appropriate for breeders, pet owners and horse owners with the right experience and ability to administer themselves. These include Fevac, Fel-O-Vax, Parvac and Equivac vaccines.
We’re happy to supply vaccines to Australian customers, but remember it's up to you to make sure you know how to store and administer them properly. Due to regulatory requirements some vaccines have minimum quantity packaging and cannot be sold in individual units.

* Please note that vaccines must be shipped cold and so we make special arrangements to ensure they arrive to you in good time and condition, and our customer service team will explain this to you when you call. For this reason, vaccines are only shipped to Australian delivery addresses within the Australia Post Express Post network and the shipping of vaccines incurs an additional shipping charge.
While we make every endeavour to ensure they are shipped in good condition, delays in delivery (particularly during Covid) can occur and this is outside our control.
Given these delays, we suggest you consider carefully before ordering online any cold products (including vaccines) as neither we nor any other online retailer can guarantee that these orders will arrive in a timely manner or in good condition.
If you live in a regional area, or in an area that you know is having or think might have postal delays, we recommend you do not order cold products online until things return to normal. Please note that for this reason our delivery insurance does not cover damage to cold items caused due to delays in delivery.
